03 — Who we are· est. 2016

Beyond the boundaries of taste.

Sushi Circle is an affordable, family-friendly Japanese restaurant. We’ve been serving London since 2016 — ten years of getting to know our neighbourhoods, one plate at a time.

The story so far

Ten years of London,
one plate at a time.

We opened the Fulham counter in 2016 with a small team and a simple idea: good Japanese food, made fresh, priced for the neighbourhood. The first year was twelve-hour days behind a single nine-seat bar. We didn’t plan to grow much further than that.

Then the regulars started bringing friends, the friends asked us to deliver, and the deliveries reached further than we could drive. Five counters later — Norbury, Shoreditch, Bermondsey, Brent — the ambition is still the same: fresh fish, sharp knives, warm welcome.

The chefs who started with us in 2016 are still here. The Wednesday delivery driver is the same one. The Friday rush has gone from a queue of five to a queue of fifty. Some things change. The brief doesn’t.

Vision

The go-to destination for high-quality, innovative sushi.

Open since 10 Years in London
Mission

Freshest ingredients. New flavours. Real welcome.

04 — How we work

Three rules we don’t break.

01

Fish in the morning,
on the rice by lunch.

Every counter takes a morning delivery. Whatever doesn’t leave that day comes off the menu the next.

A short shelf, a sharp menu →
02

The same menu,
at every counter.

No "Fulham specials." Whichever counter you visit, you’re ordering off the same card and being served by the same trained team.

Consistency over novelty →
03

Welcome first,
then the menu.

If we don’t know your name within three visits, we’re doing this wrong. The food matters — the table matters more.

Hospitality is the dish →

Quality sushi, great portion sizes, very reasonable prices. Always a go-to in our household. Highly recommend.
